"I've been running weekly sessions of Club Max et Mathilde for two terms now. The children are mixed-ability children from Years 5 and 6 from a variety of ethnic backgrounds.

Their enthusiasm for the club is obvious. They beat a path to my door every Thursday despite a full day at school. The combination of song, dance, drama and performance liberates the children to absorb French in a natural way. They almost don't realise they're learning, they're enjoying themselves so much!
